UAE Scrabble Championship 2015



UAE Scrabble Championship 2015 will take place on October 9,10,16 and 17,  2015 at Dubai Marina Mall. The event is organized by Orbit Events and Promotions, Dubai and the details of the event will be updated regularly in our official website www.orbiteventsandpromotions.com and also in our Facebook page Orbit Events and official page of Scrabble.
Orbit events is conducting Scrabble event every year and got good responses in 2013 and 2014.It offers one of the best educational channels for sponsors, as it creates the right social atmosphere conducive to advertising and promotional ventures with specific regard to English education

 Event Name                       : UAE Scrabble Championship 2015 
School Workshops             : 30 workshops with 5,000 plus kids 
Workshop Dates                 : 6th September to 6th October 
Total Schools                     : 40 UAE schools will participate 
Date                                    : October 9, 10, 16 & 17, 2015 
Venue                                 : Dubai Marina Mall 
Event Time                         : 11:00am to 8:00pm 
Participant                           : Students between 7-18 years from different part of UAE 
Last day of registration       :7th October 2015
 Expected Participants        : 1,000 plus 
Schools marketing               : 200 schools will participate from UAE 

 Categories

 The competition is open to all kids and teens residing in UAE. The Championship, which will run annually features 1,000 participants from different part of UAE. 

 Junior category              : Aged 7-10 years 
Intermediate category    : Aged 11-14 years 
Senior category             : Aged 15+ years 
• Application form should be with copy of students id/passport copy for teens and Emirates ID for adults

 Prizes

 1st Place  : AED 15,000*  worth of one year school fees / gift hampers / voucher trophy     2nd Place : AED 5,000*  worth of gift hampers / voucher / trophy  
3rd Place : AED 3,000*  worth of gift hampers / voucher / trophy   
 Most Bingos              : AED 500* worth of gift hamper/voucher; certificate  
 Highest Game Score : AED 300* worth of gift hamper/voucher; certificate   
 Highest Word Score  : AED300* worth of gift hamper/voucher; certificate 

   In addition to above, winners will receive spot prizes throughout the journey for all,   including popular books and limited edition best sellers donated by the sponsor.
